The build quality seems good at first but the zippers on these break very easily. When my first one broke, I bought another one because I like the feel and the number of pockets...Wore the first out and my next will be the same. I've had this laptop bag since 2006. In that time I've used and abused it in ever way imaginable. I dj and use this as a dedicated laptop back and also jam it packed with... My husband needed a new computer work bag and said "I only want SwissGear". After transferring over the contents from his old bag, he is VERY HAPPY with this new one! Third one so far, probably going to keep on using them.

This is a great book bag. We love Swiss gear products. The previous bag we had lasted about 6 years with daily use, this bag has some newer features increasing its durability. Exactly as expected and arrived when promised. This backpack is great! I actually bought this one as a gift but I have owned mine for about 3 years now. It is well made and well "thought out".
