The K-9 indicated on a car where pills/capsules were found.1A 15-year-old Cedarburg boy was cited for underage drinking after police responded to a report of disorderly kids on top of the band shell in the 5800 block of Portland Road at 4:42 p.m. Oct. 14. The boy, who was the only one who had been drinking, had a BAC of 0.08.2A 19-year-old Cedar Grove man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police responded to a car parked after hours in the 5600 block of Lincoln Boulevard at 11:10 p.m. Oct. 15. Heavy smoke was seen coming out of a window along with a strong odor of marijuana. The man, a passenger, had 5.5 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe and grinder with residue.3Vandalism to a pumpkin decoration was reported in the 6000 block of Spring Street at 1:56 a.m. Oct. 16.

A resident awoke during a storm and checked his video camera, which showed the decoration belonging to a neighbor had been damaged and called police. Damage was $350.4A 52-year-old Cedarburg man has been referred to the DA for prescription fraud on allegations he altered a prescription for a Schedule IV narcotic from 120 pills to 180 pills at 100 Washington Ave. at 10:46 a.m. Oct. 17. The pharmacist had checked with the doctor and was told the prescription was for 120 pills, not 180, and police were called.5A 15-year-old Grafton boy was referred to juvenile intake after he was found with prescription medicine without a prescription, a bottle of 50 mg Tramadol pills, at Cedarburg High School, W68 N611 Evergreen Blvd., at 2:10 p.m. Oct. 17. The boy is not a student at the school.GRAFTON6A “quick change” scam of $100 was reported at Costco, 950 N. Port Washington Road, about 5:30 p.m. Oct. 2. A man asked to exchange eight $50 bills totaling $400 for 20 $20 bills. When he got the $20 bills, he told the clerk he changed his mind and wanted his $50 bills back and when he got those back he returned only a few $20 bills.

She said no but when asked again admitted drinking “last night” adding it was “a lot.” She was unable to complete field sobriety tests.11Drug paraphernalia, including six syringes, four used with traces of blood and heroin residue, and bloody alcohol wipes were found in a McDonald’s bag in a garbage can outside a gas station in the 1100 clock of North Port Washington Road at 10 p.m. Oct. 17.

An employee found the bag after he reached into the can to push down the garbage and was stuck by one of the needles. He was given medical assistance.
