Chris Wang Yu Sheng (Chinese: 宥勝; pinyin: ) was born on June 9, 1982 in Taipei Taiwan. He is a Taiwanese actor, model, singer and writer. His stage name is the first and middle word of his real name Yu Sheng, he does not use his surname Wang. He uses Chris Wang when referred to his western name. He previously went by the stage name Wang Yu Xiang (王郁翔). He speaks Mandarin, English, and Taiwanese (Hokkien). He enjoys cycling, traveling, reading, watching movies, and water sports. He got his start in show business when hosting the popular Taiwanese travel show "The King of Adventure" on cable channel SETTV.[1] He is under YiJia Entertainment (怡佳娛樂經紀) management company. PETERSBURG — The notorious Mosley Motel, once home to as many as 400 people, including the elderly, families and dozens of children, stood empty by mid-morning Monday. Earlier, about a dozen Pinellas County sheriff's deputies combed the property, opening doors to each of its 110 rooms to enforce an eviction order that took effect at 8 a.m. A mouse ran out of one open door, evidence of what Pinellas Sheriff Bob Gualtieri described as "deplorable" conditions at the sprawling property at 401 34th St. N. "It's one of the worst situations I've ever seen ...," the sheriff said. "This is not a place where people should be living ... It's disgusting and it's sad." It was, however, an affordable home for many who struggled to find something better.

But it was also a shelter that over the years attracted complaints of crime and drugs. Now sold, the new owners have different plans for the property. While his deputies removed the last residents, the sheriff spoke at a news conference outside the motel. Gualtieri said his department tried to balance the property rights of new owner Altis Cardinal of Miami and to treat those who called the Mosley home as humanely as possible by helping them leave and find new lodging. "We don't want anybody on the streets," the sheriff said. Even as the 8 a.m. deadline passed, people were still leaving the property. Cliff Smith, the city's manager of veterans, social and homeless services — who worked through the weekend to help people find new homes — loaded up his pick-up truck with the possessions of two residents and drove them off Mosley property to a parking lot next door.

For some former Mosley residents, their options were limited. Betty Luke, 23, who is pregnant, was already in the parking lot, sitting under a tree with her three children and her companion. The family sat among their belongings, two chairs, a stroller, toys, a pink fan and an assortment of bags. Luke, who works at Checkers, did not want to be interviewed Monday, but Smith said she and her family were headed to a St. Vincent de Paul homeless shelter. One woman, Kimberly Brown, 51, who works at Goodwill, left with a backpack slung over her shoulder, dragging a suitcase to a van that would take her to Pinellas Safe Harbor, the county's emergency homeless shelter at 14840 49th St. N. She's still looking for a permanent home, said Brown, who had been at the Mosley for four months. Monday's eviction marked the final chapter for the troubled Mosley Motel, which has racked up thousands of dollars in fines from St. Petersburg's nuisance abatement board. Altis acquired the property, which had been in foreclosure, this summer and sent 30-day eviction notices to motel residents telling them they had to be out by Sept. 16.

Some residents tried to fight the eviction, suing for extra time to look for affordable housing. Then came Thursday: Sheriff's deputies posted the eviction notices giving residents until Monday to leave. The eviction order typically comes with a 24-hour notice, but in this case, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office gave residents the weekend so they would have more time to find places to live. "We pushed that line as far as we could go," Gualtieri said of the extension, which also gave social service agencies from across the county a bit more time to help. That process could have started months ago. But social service workers said they were thwarted in their efforts to help residents by Mosley's old ownership group — including Julious Mosley and St. Petersburg landlord Michael Shimshoni — which fought the foreclosure sale of the property and kept social services from coming onto the motel property to talk to residents about getting help and finding new homes. Monday morning, Smith said the agencies were successful: "There's a place for everybody who wants it."
