The amount of time it takes to enter West Point varies, but it is a good rule of thumb to allow approximately one hour from the time you arrive at the main security gate to enter, park, and take a shuttle to your desired location. Entrance into Michie Stadium will also be slower closer to game time.

It is suggested to allow at least 20-30 minutes when entering and finding your seats. Signs may not be hung or displayed on the stadium structure, playing fields, or held in any way that obstructs stadium signage or a fan's view. Contact any stadium official or call 845-938-3333 or 911 if it is an emergency.Should an emergency occur, instructions will be provided through the stadium's public address system.

Public safety personnel located throughout the stadium may also provide instructions.For medical attention, alert a stadium official or call 845-938-6909 or 911 to request assistance. Remember to provide the location (section, row, and seat number) and nature of the emergency. A First Aid Station is located near Gate 3 (Section 26) in the northeast section of the stadium.Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Michie Stadium, you will receive instructions via the public address systems.Be aware of your location in the stadium at all times.If you see suspicious behavior, report it immediately to a stadium official.Upon arriving at your seat location, locate the nearest exit (and an alternate exit) in case of an emergency.Listen, watch for and follow instructions from the public address systems and/or stadium officials.If traveling with others, pre-determine a location away from the stadium to meet in case you get separated.Be prepared to walk to a safe area; shuttle service might not operate during an emergency.
