They are original, the prime knit makes them extremely comfy and overall they were just a great buy. Glad I chose to go back. They are comfy, keep your feet nice and fresh, and look cool. Only 1 issue, there is a bit of plastic in the heel which gives it it's shape. I find it can sometimes irritate the back of my foot. Time will tell as to whether or not it softens up a bit.
