Targus responded well to my complaint and quickly sent me a very nice padded strap to replace the missing one. but do not bothering to call Datavis if you encounter any problem, they are just an on-seller and will only refer you to Targus, anyway. I can strongly recommend this case from a functionality perspective but it is still too early to comment on its durability although it seems pretty sturdy and I would expect it to last well. It looks attractive too and the black and silver exterior perfectly complements the Asus Netbook it contains. The case is designed to allow you to actually use the netbook while in the case without needing to remove it, if you wish, which is great while flying. Highy satisfied with this purchase and at the advertised price, it is an unbeatable value. Bought this for my grandson's Leap Pen and books. Nice little bag for the price. I don't know what gives with Targus. I bought this very backpack when I was 19 (I am 27 now). This year, after traveling the world with my backpack, I didn't even look around when...

I wish it would have been a little more protection for the laptop I just got my backpack and it is so wrong. Backpack is totally different from what I ordered.I got the "Targus Classic Backpack" and clearly it is not the same of the... Shoulder strap seams next to the carry handle tore open on the first day of use. Only had my laptop and a few work papers in the pack; not overloaded with heavy stuff, but still... Not a bad look or design, but the seams start to tear on the bottom of the backpack. I bought a handful of these to distribute in an office and two of them have failed with torn... Best backpack I've ever had. My company used to provide this backpack with each laptop issued, they've since went to a lighter smaller version so I had to barter and trade to get... Using this for my Dell mini computer easy carrying options, great quality easy to get through airlines TSA screening without removing the equipment from bag. This has been a great bag for me.
