Hi, this is my first time I've looked for a dress shoes. I from Vietnam so I can't go to your store to get fitted directly. I need your help...My foot-print width (on paper) is 11.5cm and the total girth around my foot ball is 28cm. So what width size I should choose?? D, E or EE?? Thank you for your interest. We cannot recommend sizes through this channel and guarantee a proper fit. We suggest visiting a local store that can do a professional fitting on you on a Brannock device. //shoes-1...Feel free to contact us with any additional questions. 1 What color belt to match navy blue Park Aves? I am looking to purchase the Park Aves in Midnight Navy. But there isn't a Midnight Navy belt option. What color belts have you paired with the midnight navy shoes? We recommend a dark navy belt for these styles and we will offer a matching belt soon. In the meantime, we suggest a black dress belt like the Midland Ave.Feel free to contact us with any additional questions. 1 What are the differences between the Park Avenue and 5th Avenue styles?

The only difference is the perfing on the cap-toe on the Fifth Avenue. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions. 1 Will dainite sole conversions require changes to the footbed or require nails? If I have a leather soled Park Ave, and sent it in for recrafting and a dainite outsole conversion, would it require nails to be put in the shoe, and/or changes to the footbed/insole? Also, if I were send it back for a second recrafting(after a dainite conversion), would the recraft service revert back to a leather sole, or would it continue to be repaired with dainite? I understand that a fee is needed for the initial conversion, but do subsequent recraftings require a conversion fee to continue using dainite? Thank you for your question. If you have a sole conversion done, any subsequent recrafting would keep that sole conversion in place. There is not additional work done to the insole for this type of conversion. The Dainite sole is stitched on the same way as a leather sole would be.

1 Oxblood Finish Shoe Care AE,I am accustomed to conditioning and saddle soaping my oxfords before polishing as part of my shoe care routine. The AE store representative advised me to not condition or saddle soap the Park Avenue Oxblood oxford. The reason is due to the ingredients from the conditioner/saddle may distort the Oxblood finish. I request AE to publish a recommendation. Thank you for your inquiry. Saddle Soap can be used on Oxblood styles, but we do not recommend using the Conditioner Cleaner.

Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions. 2 Is shoe width affected by length? My feet are an 11EEE, but AE shoes always feel a bit snug, despite the fact that they are obviously well-made. Would getting a half-size larger make a difference?Get the width you need and don't expect it to stretch. Allen Edmonds shoes are constructed on a wide variety of lasts (foot molds) and each will feature unique fit characteristics. It is difficult to recommend a size through this channel and guarantee a proper fit because each last will fit differently based on the contours of your feet.It is vitally important to visit an Allen Edmonds retail store or retail partner for a professional fitting to increase your chances of being fit correctly for each last and style. may be returned at any time, as long as the item is unused and accompanied by the packing slip. Trying the shoes on a carpeted surface will help prevent scuffing on the sole and keep the shoes in returnable condition.

2 Can the inside bottom be removed for use of orthotics? no.it can not be removed. The Park Avenue style was not designed with an orthotic fit in mind and so it does not feature a removable insole. However, if the shoe is fit large enough, orthotic inserts can be used in almost any of our shoes. It is important to keep in mind that the use of an orthotic will alter the way a shoe fits; we recommend trying on your orthotics with the shoes or visiting one of our master fitters at our retail stores as they can recommend the best possible fit. 1 I need a size 46" belt your largest size seems to be 44 is that the largest you have The majority of our belts are offered in sizes 32-44. We suggest taking a look at the Wide Basic Dress Belt and the Manistee Dress Belt as these are offered in a wider range of sizes. 2 True to Size ? I'm a US 9.5 on a Brannock Device. I read that Last 65 is long & narrow. Should I down by half a size, or I can still order a 9.5 ?I wear 9.5 for all my current dress shoes.

Nothing will ever replace an actual fitment of the shoe you are considering to determine which size is best for you. That being said, personally I size down by a half on the 65 relative to my brannock. My brannock also splits the D/E width and I take an E for the 65 in calf leather, but a D fit excellent in cordovan. For this reason, it is vitally important to visit an Allen Edmonds retail store or retail partner for a professional fitting to increase your chances of being fit correctly for each last and style. 2 Difference between 5 last and 1 last I own 3 pairs of AE that by accident are all in the 511 or 1 last. I want to order a pair or Park Avenues but I have read that the 5 last is longer and narrower. I am a 10.5 D in the 1 last. Should I go with an even 10 in the PA 5 last? And should I stay with D width or go larger with E? Andrew, just my two cents. My foot is a 12AA or even AAA in some shoes. I have worn Park Avenues for more than 40 years and the last they are built on are perfect for my foot, even snug.
