I choose this one for the backpack feature and the outlet price clinched the deal! The zippered compartment in the back is great for a cowbell, woodblock, mounting bracket, extra clutch and cymbal felts/sleeves.

The bag was acceptable as a carry-on item by Southwest, passed through TSA and easily fit inside the overhead compartment. Being able to free up my arms with the bag on my back was/is a great convenience. It still looks unused after 2 airline trips and 6 successive days of continuous service. The bag does not include dividers nor sleeves to protect the cymbals, but a few old terrycloth towels will handle that. Also,the smaller front cymbal pocket will not accept cymbals larger than 14". Amazing deal on a quality case Not only is the construction solid, the extras are what makes this deal EXTRAORDINARY !!! The hi-hat pocket in front is something I've not seen on other cases, and the additional storage pocket on the back is the icing on the cake!! Best of all though are the carrying straps which leave both hands free for other things during load in/out.....wish I had this years ago!
