The dyeing process allows each item to be unique.

Exsect Inc. products are hand crafted from full grain vegetable tanned American hides. All natural scratches, bites, brands and nicks are intentionally utilized in the creation of each piece to preserve and exhibit the true American grit of these character markings. If you are searching for pristine, manipulated and over processed ‘leather’ products, Exsect Inc. may not be the best fit for you. Each and every leather item is sealed and water resistant. However, they are not waterproof! Repeated exposure to water may warp or rot the leather. A few drops here and there is okay - please do not submerge in water for any reason. All of my items can be conditioned with a micro fiber rag and EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). The oil will brighten the leather and create a shine. Do not excessively rub the leather with the oil, a fast wipe down works very well! Immediately remove any excess oil from your item with a dry part of your micro fiber rag. No Questions Asked Returns on Non-Custom Items

If, for any reason, you would like to return your non-custom, non-personalized item to Exsect Inc., contact me within 3 business days of receiving your items. I will reply with very simple return instructions. Only two small rules : Item must be unused and the returning package must be shipped (date stamped by your post office) within 14 business days of the items arrival to you. If the package and it's contents are not returned within 14 business days, the item(s) will be considered accepted/abandoned. If a freebie gift was included and not returned within the package, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
