If you select PayPal the funds are directly withdrawn from your PayPal account and deposited into our PayPal account according to PayPal's policy. Your shopping cart will quote you Fed Ex prices and you may select simple ground or a choice of Fed Ex express mail options. We have earned excellent discounted Fed Ex shipping rates and we pass all these discounts onto our customers. There are never any up charges, surcharges nor handling fees. If you select express shipping we require an email notification in order to push the internal processing to the top of the list. Don't be surprised if your package arrives via USPS Priority Mail; we sometimes switch to this method to better serve everybody. If a tracking number is available it will come to you in the automated confirmed shipment message. We ship to APO/FPO, please use APO or FPO as the city and AE, AA or AO etc. as the state for these addresses. APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail according to real time rates. Glenn's has a lot of experience shipping internationally and we are most happy to process your international order. International customers may select their preferred option from USPS 1st class mail, USPS Priority or USPS Express mail using real time rates by weight. All international orders will incur a $5.00 handling fee per box shipped. This small fee covers insurance and handling. USPS 1st class mail provides NO tracking information and is not recommended.

It often takes 3 weeks or longer to customs and moves through customs very slowly. We recommend at least Priority Mail and feel that Express Mail is very much worth the extra expense. Any order over $150 requires Express Mail. Priority Mail provides NO tracking but only takes 7 to 10 business days to customs. Express mail provides tracking from our door to yours and takes 3 to 5 days to customs, once at customs it is given priority handling. Since we insure all international packages both your investment and our service is guaranteed. Insurance cannot be claimed for SIX weeks after the package has gone missing. In shipping over 3000 international packages in the last 3 years not one single package has ever been permanently lost, USPS and the countries we ship to do a fantastic job.
